Our Story.

Born from the debris of a post-pandemic world, Cost Connect Pty Ltd is a consultancy firm offering cost planning, estimating and preconstruction services to developers, builders, project managers and subcontractors.

Our purpose is to bridge the gap between property development and construction professionals to help make their projects feasible. We do this through a comprehensive understanding of the project life cycle and the development process by ensuring thorough consultation with key stakeholders on each project, while taking all necessary steps to mitigate risk, and capitalise on opportunities that will benefit our clients.

Here at Cost Connect Pty Ltd, we understand that the global post pandemic landscape has changed the way we do things, and that change has extended to the world of property development and construction.

The building industry has witnessed extraordinary and unprecedented headwinds. Large-scale lockdowns have wreaked havoc on global supply chains, and international travel restrictions gave rise to both labour shortages and exponential wage growth within the sector.

Our vision is to contribute to the industry in a positive way by building a legacy of successful projects and continuation of strong professional relationships. Through untangling and simplifying the development and preconstruction process we hope that Cost Connect will be a name remembered for years to come.

    The Cost Planning function is an integral component of any development project.

    Here we apply a set of processes that occur either before, during and after a project is delivered to provide an efficient and cost-effective way of developing a project budget, identifying opportunities and mitigating project risks. This is a ‘safety net’ and offers a level of confidence to developers before they become too heavily invested.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION

    A core focus of Cost Connect Pty Ltd is to assist developers to get their projects to site in a timely manner and to adhere to a set budget. We look at the entire process and identify synergies in the workflow, providing advice and strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective design development, construction planning, pricing and procurement models that feed into the development process.

  • CONTRACT ESTIMATING / TENDERING

    Estimating Project costs are an essential part of every building company. The Tender and Bid Management process is how builders and subcontractors secure and grow their project pipeline. Our Team has been successful in securing winning Bids in the Education, health, retail, residential and commercial sectors.
